As Principal
- Nelson is responsible for co-leading Endeavor’s multifamily acquisition and development activities, including site selection, entitlements, design, consultant coordination, construction, project capitalization, and asset management.
Since joining Endeavor
- Nelson is currently working on the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects in Austin, Nashville, Dallas Fort Worth, Salt Lake City and Denver totaling 13,000 units and nearly $4 billion in total capitalization, including a large portfolio of “Citizen House” projects, the trademark brand for Endeavor’s Class A attainable housing developments.
